The 18
holes of Wolf Creek Golf course lay right next door
(2 minute walking-distance) and are open from Spring
to Autumn. - Nearby Pineview Reservoir is perfect
for swimming, boating, sailing, waterskiing,
windsurfing, jet skiing or fishing.
Hiking, wildlife viewing (moose, deer, elk) are
among other favorite activities. You can pick up a
local map once you arrive which shows all of the
many walking right-of-ways in the valley. In any
season, relax in the hot tub or pool after a long
day, enjoy the sauna or cuddle up in front of the
fireplace.

Ski on the slopes of Snowbasin Resort where
the 2002 Olympic downhill, Super G and
combination events were held. It is only
approximately 20-25 minutes by car on a
well-plowed state highway upgraded
especially for the Olympics.
Try one of North America’s largest ski
areas: Powder Mountain, which boasts 5500
acres of some of Utah’s best powder. 2800
acres are lift-served (the same amount as
Keystone or Jackson Hole) and over 700 are
accessed by caterpillar, the rest being used
by guides. Powder Mountain is only 10 – 15
minutes by car or shuttle van from Moose
Hollow.
If you have small children or inexperienced
skiers in your group, the closest ski area,
Wolf Mountain, may be your best bet. It is
small, inexpensive, family oriented and a great place to
build confidence, while still getting a
taste of Utah’s famous snow. Alternately,
explore the countryside on your
cross-country skis or on a snowmobile, go
sledding, or for a walk in the snow-covered
winter-wonderland. Eden, UT is the perfect
